South Korean car makers Hyundai are preparing to launch the new version of one of their favorite SUVs – Santa Fe. The 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport , scheduled to take place in mid-2017, is a version Renewed popular vehicle. Despite its criticism of the Asian markets, it was a huge success among US customers.
Launched in 2001, this SUV has been retouched and redesigned every year until 2013, before undergoing a very anticipated facelift very recently in 2016. For the year 2018, Hyundai has high hopes for this luxury SUV as it seeks To rival Ford Escape, Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander.
2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Design
The Hyundai Santa Fe Sport underwent a complete refreshment that included a new interface, similar to its biggest brother and sister to Santa Fe, and a new rear end. It has also acquired new technological features such as a standard 5-inch touch screen, Android Auto available, adaptive headlights, electronic parking brake and more. With all these ever-changing changes on the minds of buyers, we do not expect any significant upgrade for the 2018 model.
We expect that the looks inside and out remain completely unchanged. With its latest updates, this lack of change should not have a negative impact on Santa Fe Sport in the eyes of potential buyers. Also should stay in place will be its standard features. In the current model, these features include 17-inch alloy wheels, automatic headlights, heated mirrors, air conditioning, telescopic steering wheel, Bluetooth connectivity, rearview camera and six-speaker audio system with A 5-inch touch screen. For buyers looking for more gear, there are popular and sporting packages, as well as the 2.0T and 2.0T Ultimate versions.

Safety is not a problem for the current Santa Fe, as it is a top security selection of the IIHS – it only missed the Top Safety Pick + designation due to a ” Mediocre “in the new lighthouse test. Without any change, we expect the same rating in 2018. However, the IIHS requires emergency automatic braking to receive its second highest designation, and this feature is available as an option only on the 2.0 range T Finishing.
2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Engine
A 2.4L four-cylinder base, a bit strange for the 3.3L V6 industry and of course a 2.0L four-cylinder turbocharger. The power varies between 185 HP and 290 HP, which is enough for anything you might need. You do not need 400 HP in a suburban SUV. The whole range of Santa Fe is populated by a 6-speed automatic transmission. Safety features include guiding assistance, multi-view cameras, pedestrian sensors and automatic start-ups. Again, a perfect passenger A-B. This, however, is another small SUV that, for whatever reason, has a sporty driving style.
2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport Publication Date and Price
Hyundai has not specified a release date for 2018 Santa Fe Sport, but we expect its production to start in March and for an upcoming sale date in May. The prices for the Santa Fe Sport 2018 are not yet available, but as a carry forward, we do not expect much change from the current model range of $ 26,245 to $ 39,145.
